Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- If you identify manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will issue Gift Card or exchange the product.

We DO NOT accept order cancellations before they have been shipped, regardless if the items were ordered by accident or if you change your mind.
Breakages
In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to any of the numbers mentioned below or Send us Email with Photographs and unboxing video to info@thegharnish.com . it will be taken care of immediately.

Please consider these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken for our reference purpose.
Cancellation

Order cancellation within 24 hrs will have a nominal charges of payment gateway which is 2% of the total value will be the cancellation charges & Shipping charges if order is processed.
NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, The Gharnish reserves the right to deny future orders. Also customized/on orders items are not Returnable at all.
For our products which are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our patrons to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
For all the orders above Rs.20000, we may ask for a good faith prepayment of 25% of the total amount of the invoice.
All the customized product are made on orders, a minimum prepayment of 50% has to be made of the total amount of the invoice. and rest on COD
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
An items of the list of exceptions/ Non Returnable items can be cancelled only within 24 hours of booking made, post which we start manufacturing the product and cancellation of the same could not be accepted. Customized / ON Order product not Returnable at all
Glass Items and Tables
An item that id made of Glass or a part of it is of the glass like chimney, Mirrors and Marble tables etc. are not-returnable and non replaceable. We take utmost care to make them reach you without any breakage but if it does break, we would not be able to send you the replacement for the same.
Home Furnishing Items
An Item that comes under home furnishing section such as Bedsheets, Cushion Covers, Comforters, Carpets, Storage Items and Rugs are not Returnable. For any damage product we need proper unboxing video for the claim and we will replace the product.
Color Disclaimer
We Do our Best to ensure that our photos are as True to colors as Possible. However , due to photographic lighting sources, we cannot guarantee that the Color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore , every individual may see these colors differently.
Screen images are intended as a Guide only and Should not be regarded as absolutely correct
Note:- These are Hand-made products such as Resin figurines, metal wall art, wooden Art work so size can be +5CM or -5CM
Return Process
1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at info@thegharnish.com or at 9034747413 (10AM - 8PM) to initiate a return.
2. Please send us 3 images (one of the damaged part , one of the entire product , Unboxed packaging Video ) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on info@thegharnish.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account. " IF THE PRODUCT WILL DAMAGE IN THE PROCESS OF RETURN NO RETURN WILL BE ENTITLED ".
4. Items purchased under sale champaign cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.
Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 5-6 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
